I'm going to be in Prague at the Iron Gate Hotel. Can you tell me what kind of area it's in? I'm going to be staying there in December and would like to know if it's a walking area or what the attractions are nearby.

Iron Gate Hotel Prague

Hi, thanks for your question. The Iron Gate Hotel is actually in an ideal location. You can walk to all sights from here. It's just around the corner from Old Town Square and the astronomical clock. While you're here, you can benefit from the Christmas markets in Old Town Square as well.

You'll feel all the old essence of Prague in the little streets around the hotel. And, there are all kinds of restaurants in this area as well.

Not far too, you'll find Charles Bridge and Prague Castle just the other side of Vltava River.

I hope you enjoy your stay in Prague. By the way, bring some warm clothing for December weather and try a warm drink while you walk around.
