Here are a few frequently asked questions about renting apartments in Prague. If you have any other questions please contact us directly.
Will someone be there to meet me when I arrive?
Yes. Each apartment has a caretaker that will meet you upon arrival. They will give you keys and make sure you are comfortable with the apartment. They will also answer any questions you might have. In addition, your caretaker will be on call 24/7 for any concerns you might have.
What's included in the price?
The prices are all inclusive. This means there are no hidden fees. There are no cleaning fees, extra taxes or fees.
Are the apartments near tourist attractions?
All apartments are in the city center of Prague. Many apartments are in the historical centers and many are within walking distance of the main attractions. And, all apartments have quick access to the city by the Prague metro system - which is very reliable. So, you can be sightseeing in a few minutes no matter which apartment you choose.
Are the apartments safe?
Yes, all apartments are safe. There are secure doors to the apartment and a separate entrance to the building. Prague in general is a very safe city. Your biggest concern during your stay will be for pickpockets.
How do I pay?
All payments are due upon arrival. No deposit is required unless you request one. Each apartment rental accepts cash in Euros or Czech Crowns. Some apartments will accept credit cards and Paypal payments as well.
How do I book an apartment?
Booking an apartment with me is easy - just complete a booking form and then we will send you a personal confirmation. The confirmation will include details about your stay, contact phone numbers and your personal caretaker during your stay.
You can compare hotels and apartments with this useful hotel finder. You'll see that central hotels are nearly always more expensive.
In general hotels will cost more than an apartment. It seems that just because it says "Hotel" means that it should cost more. It's quite strange. Actually, apartments will generally be cheaper than hotels - especially for groups of 4 persons or more.
Apartments in Prague also benefit from being more personal - flexible - and friendly. The caretakers at my hand selected apartments will take care of all our needs - whereas hotels often have different priorities.
It's also important to note that many cheaper hotels will be located outside the historical areas of Prague. So, it's a good idea to check their location on a map of Prague.Do you have questions or concerns about renting apartments in Prague?
